Dr. Gregory A. Lehman knew he wanted to become an oral surgeon by the time he was in the sixth grade, and Dr. Michael A. Menis was inspired by his father to pursue a career in healthcare. Both doctors are passionate about exceptional patient care and strive to create a comfortable, welcoming, and friendly environment.
Our surgeons continue learning about cutting-edge approaches to oral surgery, including new advances in dental implant placement.
Dr. Lehman and Dr. Menis opened their doors in 1996 and have been providing outstanding care ever since.
Our office is equipped with a 3D CBCT scanner and guided implant surgery technology for increased accuracy and better results.
Our doctors’ areas of expertise and clinical focuses range from dental implants to oral pathology, impacted canines, wisdom teeth, and much more.

Located just 45 miles northwest of Chicago, Crystal Lake is a small town with a big history. Our town got its name from Ziba S. Beardsley, who noted the "waters were as clear as crystal" in 1835. Today, Crystal Lake is 238 acres large, and the town hosts many year-round events to bring families closer together, including the annual Johnny Appleseed Festival to teach children about the famous Midwestern figure. You can find our office just east of Three Oaks Recreation Area, off of State Rte 31.
